Why price it in stamps?
Because it is the cost we remove.A club that posts membership cards spends a stamp on every member before it has printed anything, stuffed an envelope, or chased the members whose cards never arrived. Tadpole's member fee is that same stamp — except the card is already on their phone.
Because it keeps us honest about inflation. Our costs rise the way every Irish business's costs rise. Rather than announce arbitrary increases, we track a public, independently-set benchmark. An Post moved the national rate to €1.85 on 3 February 2026. So did we. If it never moves again, neither do we.

Everything is in the price
Card payments are handled by your own Stripe account — their fees go to Stripe, not to us, and we never take a cut of your members' money.
Email is sent through your club's own free Brevo account. Its free tier allows 300 emails a day — comfortably enough for day-to-day club traffic. Very large clubs sending one-day blasts to every member may occasionally need a paid Brevo plan, paid to Brevo, not us.
The one optional extra: SMS
Email to your members is included, and for most clubs it is all you need — renewals, confirmations and club news all go by email. Text messages are the one add-on that costs extra, for clubs that want to reach members by SMS as well: €49.00 a year for SMS sending, plus message credits as you use them.
Skip it entirely and nothing above changes — SMS is never required.
